As independent project and realty consultants, we are not affiliated to any other organization but maintain a wide network of local and international operators in different aspects of project development and we will usually identify for, negotiate with and engage, on behalf of our clients those who provide the “best fit” for, each project stage.

Our experience enables us to act as your adviser/representative throughout the development process, the soft and official opening of the hotel, and thereafter during operations as asset manager. Our role is to work with (or for) you in the interface with the myriad of professionals and other third parties who are retained on the project, to ensure that objectives are being met and guideline & term lines & deadlines adhered to, this ensuring that all parties maximize shareholder value.

Directors and Management

Princess Olufunke Adedoyin – a former Minister of State for Youth Development in the Ministry of Women Affairs & Youth development and later in the Ministry of Health, Federal Government of Nigeria, Princess Adedoyin is an accomplished woman of virtue, an achiever with a heart for the less privileged an outstanding administrator and technocrat, a highly principled yet very amiable personality.

She had her tertiary education at the Centre for Business Studies, Greenwich , London ; Buckinghamshire College of Higher Education, Buckinghamshire ( Brunel University ); Slough College of Higher Education, Slough Berkshire; University of Kent at Canterbury , Kent all in the United Kingdom . She later attended

the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos, Plateau State , Nigeria .

In the course of her professional career spanning twenty-three post-graduate years, Princess Adedoyin was at different points National Youth Service Corps member with the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank; an appraisal officer with African Development Bank/European Economic Community on Fund for State-Assisted Industries ; General Manager, Doyin Investment Nigeria Limited; Executive Director, Doyin Group of Companies.

 

She has since 2006 been the Managing Partner, Honeycrest Nigeria Limited.

A distinguished woman of many parts, Funke is an accomplished writer – a former regular contributor to the National Concord Newspaper on economic, financial and political issues; a member of the Advisory Board of the United Nations Fund for Women (UNIFEM); Convener of Princess Olufunke Trust, a revolving low interest community based micro-credit scheme for women operating in 23 communities across 7 Local Governments in the Kwara South Senatorial District; A Fate Foundation Mentor; Vice President “Helping Hands” – a charitable organization targeted at assisting women and children in distress; a delegate to various African leadership Forum Conferences.

Princess Adedoyin is a winner of numerous awards and honours from economic, social and cultural associations and groups in recognition of her sterling qualities and invaluable contributions to womanhood and nationhood.
